This product provides Beaming customers greater flexibility by enabling them to remotely change their Call Diversion number. The service is accessed remotely via a special "access number" and secure PIN code.

Instructions for use:

Divert codes for Smart Divert - From a Remote Location

  • All Codes- 44
  • Calls not answered in 15 seconds- 64
  • Calls if your phone is engaged- 65

To divert calls:

  • Access number- wait for dial tone
  • Dial * Divert code * from list above
  • Dial PIN CODE*
  • Your full phone number (Inc.STD)*
  • Phone number to divert to # (Inc.STD)

To cancel Smart Divert:

  • Access number- wait for dial tone
  • # divert code* from list above
  • PIN* Your full phone number #

To check Smart Divert
