Broadband Aggregation

We typically bond two or four ADSL2+ services together to provide a single faster internet connection. Our technology allows companies to operate from premises so distant from the local serving exchange that they would otherwise be overlooked and deemed too poorly served for internet connectivity. Conversely, companies closer to the telephone exchange who require higher internet bandwidth but find other connectivity methods too cost prohibitive have grasped this technology, often as a stop gap to provide the higher speeds that fibre optic technology would supply.

Our broadband aggregation technology is delivered to the customer as an Ethernet connection via proactively managed Cisco routers. Two aggregated DSL lines can provide up to 40Mbps download and 5Mbps upload, whilst combining four broadband lines can deliver up to 70Mbps download and 8Mbps upload.
